During the Republican National Convention, I was quoted in this piece authored by Kevin Diaz and Baird Helgeson for the Star Tribune. Check it out by clicking here or scrolling down._______________________________ TAMPA, FLA. - Taking his turn in the national GOP spotlight Wednesday, former Minnesota Gov. This is my latest column. It is available on RenewAmerica byclicking here. It will be coming up on IntellectualConservative and NewsWithViews as well. Bachmann's Tumultuous Road to the Lead The rivalry between presidential contestants Michele Bachmann and Tim Pawlenty is a display to be appreciated by conservatives. So is Ms. Bachmann's ability to motivate a usually-inattentive media to focus on conservative ideas. This may not be the kind of publicity Gov. Pawlenty is looking for in his campaign for president, but it's the publicity his employees are getting for him! According to the Des Moines register,Ben Limbaugh Fosterof Alabama was working on Gov. Pawlenty's presidential campaign in Iowawhen he became intoxicated, went to what he thought was his home, and tried to get in.In the process, he vomited on the home's back deck. The homeowner held him at gun point until police arrived. Foster is being charged with public intoxication and trespassing. |
